There are dedicated extra-curricular classes from beginners to pro users (now online only due to Covid):

The University of Pavia Language Centre organises Italian courses throughout the academic year, from October to June.

The offer includes:

Semester courses
(October-January and February-June)

 • 50 hours
• extensive courses
• evening lessons (twice a week, 6pm-8pm)

A pre-semester course
(February)

 • 50 hours
• intensive course
• daily lessons (morning and/or afternoon)

Italian courses are mainly addressed to Erasmus+ students, international students and students enrolled in Pavia University, but are also open to anyone who is interested in learning Italian.

They are all taught by qualified teachers of Italian as a second or foreign language.
